Panel HACNUM network for hybrid arts & digital cultures
Created in 2020, HACNUM – the French national network for hybrid arts and digital cultures – brings together more than 400 organizations and artists across France.
Organized by region, HACNUM is a partner of the French Ministry of Culture for the development of digital arts and their professional sector.
For the past year, the Ministry of Culture has been supporting a new initiative made up of five regional hubs for artistic creation in digital environments.
Among these five hubs, Normandy, Brittany, and Pays de la Loire — represented respectively by Stereolux / Scopitone Festival in Nantes, Electroni[k] / Maintenant Festival in Rennes, and Oblique/s & Station Mir / ]interstice[ Festival in Caen — have joined forces to create the Ambivalences program, dedicated to production and artist support.
